Shipping Information and Return Policy

Primary shipping methods are UPS and the US Postal Service. We reserve the right to use a comparable shipping method when necessary to have a product shipped directly from a manufacturer. Alternate shipping methods may include UPS, Airborne and ground freight services.
98% of the orders we receive during the year are shipped within 24 hours. Orders received by 10 A.M. Central time, are usually shipped that same day. Larger equipment items are usually shipped within 24 to 72 hours. Note: During the holiday season, Nov. & Dec.,  it can take apx. 1 - 4 business days to process orders due to the high volume of orders we receive.

Illinois residents add 6.85% state sales tax.

 Orders that are packed on Saturdays or Sundays do not reach the carrier until Monday morning. When a tracking number is listed below, please note that it has been assigned before the carrier has the package. If your tracking number does not appear immediately when attempting to track your package, the carrier may still be processing this information. You may need to check the carrier's site periodically for the updated information.

Should you wish to return an item(s), please e-mail  for a Return Authorization Number. Items returned must be in their original packaging, unused, undamaged and in sellable condition. Return shipping cost and insurance (required)  is the customers responsibility. A copy of your invoice must be included with your return. We do not credit or refund shipping charges. Items must be returned within 30 days of invoice.

Damaged Shipment
If you receive an order that is damaged in transit, you must contact the delivering carrier and then notify us so we can file a claim. Save all cartons and packaging material until inspection of damage is made by carrier.
